This restaurant was out of half of the items on its menu. Didn’t serve coffee after 10 and was completely out of ranch, a fairly basic condiment. Would recommend going elsewhere

I come back to FLL after a while. The Cuban Sandwich used to be pretty good and huge Now, they are tiny and come with French fries. Their Cuban sandwiches used to be one of the best in town. Now, I don't feel they even are average. I used to recommend this place all the time but after my recent experience no anymore.

We stopped here (the restaurant part) for lunch and had to wait until exactly 10:30 to get the lunch menu. My sandwich was actually really good (the Tropical Turkey) and I thoroughly enjoyed it! My friend got the tomato soup and grilled cheese. She said the soup was great but the sandwich was bland. Decent price for “airport food”. The market was freaking ridiculous though. 6 for a single granola bar?! Are you serious?! No joke, a Cliff Bar was 4 and Quest Bar was 6. So because it’s a combined entity I gave it 4 stars.

Understaffed! I waited 15 minutes to sit down for a seat at the bar that had been open for 10 of this 15 minutes. You couldn’t just sit down. Then another 10 minutes for the bartender to look up to get my order. The place was trashed and I can imagine how the food would taste and I would be scared to try. They really should be ashamed of themselves of only having 2 people work, both seemed frazzled and stressed. I did see a 3rd person but he didn’t help and per server code: don’t make eye contact when you know you’re messing up. Horrible.

After reading the previous reviews on the service at this place, I wanted to commend my server Sebastian, whom was kind, courteous, prompt, and professional. The food was you’re average airport food and the prices were as expected. But Sebastian was very attending and friendly and deserves recognition.

Awful. The manager at the bar refuses to change any of the TV channels for games, and instead are playing news channels only, despite no one watching. On top of that, when you ask him, he's extremely rude and discourteous. Do not go here expecting to watch any games. In addition, they seemed very understaffed. We had to call over a waitress to take our order and when we did, she rushed us. Avoid at all costs.
