Mr. Madison

This is a peaceful gated community. It's close to the interstate and shopping. The office staff, especially Shandra, are always friendly, helpful and professional. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly. The grounds are neat and well kept. My apartment is quiet, spacious and very modern. There's plenty of parking spaces and great amenities...gym, club house, pool, tennis court, storage rooms and garages. I just renewed my lease for another great year.

I walked in this morning and had help from Anna who was so sweet and explained everything to me. Once i got all my paperwork together i returned later where Shandra helped me who was also really nice. It was a very friendly environment. The process was very easy. I had no issues they made it very simple for me. I’m super excited to be moving into my new home.

I have been a resident since Jan 2018 and over the last 6 months, my experience has been impeccable. Ms. Shandra is such an awesome manager over our community. There is now consistent communication to residents, monthly community activities and an overall solid leadership from the staff!!! I would definitely recommend this community to those in search of a safe, clean, superior maintained place to call home. When you enter the leasing office, I'm now, always approached with a helping hand and genuine smile. I have witnessed with my own eyes, Ms. Shandra, picking up trash, all in an effort to keep our community clean and beautiful.....now that's what you call teamwork, loyalty and dedication!!!! I look forward to coming home every evening!!!!
