I went in there last night to get some popcorn and it was clear that they train their staff very well in customer service. The guy working the counter was super friendly, helpful, and respectful. And I thought their hours were pretty good. Also the popcorn was delicious.

They have a ton of varieties, types and flavors that I've never seen before. The popcorn itself tastes great, and better yet, the prices are very reasonable. Certainly cheaper than the movie theater! The staff was friendly and the storefront was clean. Not much more you could ask for!

The young lady behind the counter was nice, cordial and accommodating. We sampled many different flavors such as "birthday cake" and "double drizzle." I personally think the sweet flavored ones are a little too sweet but the regular and the white cheese were . Go there on a Sunday if you want to take your time and try samples without feeling rushed. We will be coming back.

The best Chicago Style Popcorn in the Sacramento area. The Carmel and cheddar mix was phenomenal. The price was outstanding!!! I paid 30 from a Garrett and got the same amount for 11.99. Plus the woman that helped me was extra friendly and gave me a small sample bag for my son. I absolutely love this place!!!

I stopped in for the first time today and was pretty disappointed with the customer service. No greeting when I walked in, so I said hello to the lady behind the counter but she didn’t say anything back. Not being familiar with the store, it took me a few minutes to figure out where things were and what I was looking for. No offer of help from the salesperson. It was also very dark inside. Not a good vibe. I’ll give it another chance because the popcorn is great, but can’t help but feel letdown by the experience.
