Quarters on campus is THE WORST student living management I have ever experienced and the most unprofessional. This semester has been the absolute worst starting with breaks in our water heater and renovations occurring from 8 am to 5 pm. There were no warnings given to us about renovations occurring above our unit for over a week. The loud sounds, stomps from workers, and demolitions shaking our apartment were extremely inconsiderate to our living/studying situation. We are college students living through a pandemic with classes on zoom calls at home during the day. These renovations were so disruptive and management did nothing to help its tenants. On top of that this week we were forced to pack up and move out for our own unit’s renovations. Which we had no option or say in. These renovations could’ve easily been done during the summer or winter break but the management is extremely unorganized. It is so hard to pack, move, and relocate during exams and online classes. Our relocated apartment isn’t even near our current apartment or classes!! When communicating our concerns to management, they were RUDE, unaccommodating, and unprofessional. We also pay around 1200 EACH for a 3x3 while Quarters is giving new guests entire units for 700. We have been loyal tenants since August and were considering re-leasing but now we are definitely reconsidering. The renovations have been a constant burden on our lives and classes. All these renovations will do is increase rent prices at the expense of its current tenants. Quarters, be more considerate and accommodating to your current tenants!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Starting in December, they have been doing extremely loud indoor renovations. The canned response they're leaving to every review is a lie -- the construction has started at 8am many times. As other reviews have mentioned, this makes it impossible to sleep in or attend online classes. Some of the construction involves using a jackhammer directly on the floor above my room, which is so loud that it is legitimately uncomfortable just to be in the apartment without hearing protection. If you're thinking about starting a lease here in August, don't. I called management and was told that the renovations may continue through the end of this CALENDAR YEAR. And of course, we were just notified that our apartment is going to be renovated in 2 weeks. They want us to pack all of our belongings (furniture and everything) and vacate the apartment for 8 days. They have provided very little detail about alternative housing arrangements, but it sounds like we may be forced to relocate to a different apartment building entirely. In the copy-and-pasted responses to these reviews, Quarters is saying that this kind of disruption is \worth it\ to get your apartment renovated. I don't know who in their right mind came up with that idea, but it's laughable. The least they could do is give us reduced rent. They're currently giving away entire units for cheaper than what we pay PER PERSON right now. Also, they could let us permanently relocate to a different apartment (in the same building) to avoid the renovations. But who knows what will happen, because as usual, Quarters management is very unhelpful.

FAN CLUB! Something has obviously changed since you all lived here. Zero key issues. Remote key fobs. They redid my apartment this year and it's freaking awesome! I think they did them all. No way you can find nicer people or better apartments without paying tons MORE! Just signed another year lease. Keep it up!
