Love this thrift store! Clean, friendly and helpful employees. Loyalty program. Always find something awesome here!!! Gorgeous little boutique and nice furniture shoppe. Stop by! You won't regret it!!

Not particular fond of this thrift store, however the boutique attached to it is better. The ladies in the boutique are helpful. Not really sure what turned me off about the thrift store side. Maybe how it is arranged.

Came in on Saturday 9/26/20 and purchased a few shirts and a pair of shorts. The changing rooms were closed, which I understand, but this also can make accurate fitting an issue. I asked the checkout counter employee what the return policy was if some of the clothes didn't end up fitting. Her name on the receipt is Daniell and she told me that I can return the items but only for store credit that I would have to use within 10 days from the return date. All of this sounded fine so I made the purchase. Lo and behold some of the clothes didn't fit so I called up the store to confirm the return policy. Over the phone I was told that the RETURN POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO ELECTRONICS, and they would NOT DO ANYTHING to rectify the situation EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR STORE'S FAULT FOR THE MISINFORMATION. Even if they can't take the clothes back for sanitation reasons, which would make NO SENSE since it is a THRIFT STORE and they deal with donations and hand me downs, THEY COULD STILL JUST CREDIT THE MONEY BACK TO MY CARD. This was my FIRST AND LAST TIME VISITING THE STORE because of this experience. If this place wants to be UNPROFESSIONAL AND PREDATORY then that is their prerogative!
