I have been an avid online shopper for a decade and have never had an experience even close to as poor as with the Shopping Bag. I ordered a pair of heels for New Years on 12/13 that never came...and never came...without response from the company as to if I could get an update on the item. I was able to track my order (it continued to say "processing") until recently, and now the website is "under construction." Filed claims with the BBB and my bank. Hopefully more similar reviews will flood in (as they have on Google and BBB) and this place will be held accountable for literally stealing money.

I really wish I would have read reviews prior to ordering from here. If they are unable to manage an online presence, they shouldn't try. They remove every negative comment made on their social media from people inquiring about their orders. Big indicator that they are not honest in their dealings. I have been told "you're item will ship today" more than once and yet, nothing. According to everything I have read from others this is pretty standard practice. I am truly not sure how or why they haven't had their business license pulled. Curious if their online platform is PCI compliant. Be careful out there shoppers.

I would not purchase from this organization. They are frauds, they do not send the item or want to contact you in regards to this. Why have an online store if you cannot deliver? I have contacted my bank over this dispute and just want my money back! Oh wait, email, text, call, instagram, it just don't work.... ignored. Hope they go under, they deserve it.

Absolute deception and no base of business ethics whatsoever. They take your money after order submission, don't ship your order and have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, completely NEGLECTING phone calls/emails/live chat/any forms of contact. Contacting BBB instead. Go check out their "F" rating and how many complaints they have and file one there if you've been deceived by this organization of a "business" AKA money leeching thieves. Lastly, spread the word to your social media/blogs and warn your friends/followers to prevent them also from being ensnared by this F rated business if you're a victim.

DO NOT purchased from this company! I understand the website looks legit but it is not. Go to the Better Business Bureau‘s website and look at the complaints on this company. It’s the same thing over and over and over again. I’m one of them! Placed an order in March. It is now May and I still have not received my order nor has the company responded to my emails, voicemails, or live chat messages. They charged my bank account the day after I placed the order. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!

I placed an ordered on 1st September and it was shipped on 22nd October!! Thats a joke. After dealing with BBB, the manufacturer of the product (to have the stockist removed from their website because they are a fraud) and then I finally opened a dispute with PayPal and escalate it to them. Only then things got moving. Why PayPal needs to get involved to get item shipped? I will never ever order from them anymore. Worst customer service ever. And the order is still on the way. Edit: Got the order today. All was Ok with it. But my review of purchase (email i got from them) will not be positive. It took 2 months and 7 days to receive what i paid for. A big joke.

The total lack of customer service here is astonishing. I purchased a pair of earrings on June 6th, with hopes (given their “fast free shipping promise”) that they’d arrive in time for my sister’s birthday on June 16th. Here it is, July 11th, and they’ve just been delivered. I contacted this company twice my email, five times by phone, and twice on their instant chat feature. I have gotten no responses. I’m convinced that the only reason my package arrived is because I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they realized I wasn’t someone they could scam and get away with it. I never received any form of communication regarding the earrings’ late arrival or the company’s lack of communication. The earrings are here, they have no backing, and didn’t even come on a piece of cardboard or anything. After spending 29, I thought I’d at least get more than earrings laying on a piece of stuffing in a box. If I thought I’d get my money back, I’d return the earrings. Bottom line, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
