You get what you pay for here. My apartment was never cleaned when I moved and had furniture still in my room that I moved myself. I never heard back from anyone about it after multiple emails and call back requests. Put in a request to fix my dryer, the issue wasn’t resolved and could never get anyone back at my apartment. Relying on the staff to do something I need and handling my packages was like pulling teeth every time. Invest more money somewhere else so that you can have better customer service.

I am very glad to move in the Social Block which is a beautiful community. The apartment I moved in already has the furniture necessary for living. People working in leasing office are very kind. Ethan Grant, leasing consultant, is a very nice and amazing guy. He helps me a lot with apartment affairs after I moved in. We have been very good friends and I bet you would love him if you meet him.

I would not move here. They tell you a bunch of lies to get you to move in then they show you a nice demo and put you in what looks nothing like what is supposed to and they tell you you can transfer when in all reality YOU CANNOT... they lead you on for months. BOTTOM LINE they tell you lies to get your money. I will not renew my lease again

The management for the social are slow to respond, and have stuck tenants with bill that were due to faulty equipment within the apartments and townhouses. The price was also raised even though the quality of the apartments have stayed the same or gotten worse the old management room much better care of both the apartments and tenats.

This appartement is good for bachelor. Lots of Bangladeshi people who are studying Mississippi state university live here. Also you can enjoy the pool view..
