The two star review is for the expectation/price point mismatch. We scheduled Swedish massages for a mid-week day. We each paid 180. Covid has eliminated almost all amenities, including use of saunas and extra spa areas. There are not enough staff or attendants to get customers what they need. The facilities are dreadfully outdated and overcrowded. My therapist was wonderful, as were the services.... it’s just not worth the money. You can have an infinitely better experience at any of the other local smaller spas, at half the price.

This spa is absolutely amazing!!! The chocolate muffins are the best I've ever eaten!!! They are not the same ones they have at the lodge. Make sure you order 24 hours before you leave if you want to take some home! I learned that tonight! Sorry I ate the top off this one before I took the pic.

Mask regulations are understandable, however, at least be logical and consistent. If 4 people can be in the hot tub 6 inches away from each other without a mask and 6 people can be in the pool 1 foot away from each other without a mask, than guests sitting in in the chases over 6 feet apart should be able to do so without a mask. The rules are inconsistent and illogical. If you're actually worried about the spread of covid, at least have your actions make sense.

My friend and I went to the spa for a girls’ day to get pedicures and treat ourselves. The experience is something I would definitely not recommend to others! The descriptions of the pedicures sound so relaxing and indulgent, and they start at 85.00 (over 100.00 with the included, added gratuity). The pedicure chairs are not separated from the rest of the salon, so all we listened to the whole time was stylists and their clients talking... loudly. There was no relaxing music or sound during the treatment. They used a scrub and lotion on our legs, same as they would at a normal nail salon. The “massage” was basically just the tech rubbing the lotion in, nothing extra. To top it off, the nail polish chipped the very next day. For an 85.00 pedicure, I expected more serenity than a normal nail salon, a true foot massage, or a foot wrap.

This place has been on bucklist since I was young and now I van check it off. Spa was awesome!. I was there from 10:30am to 8pm. I got the Chocolate Escape Package, AWESOME!. The lunch at Oasis was good but a little noisy if you wanted to relax. The silent room was very silent but could do with lounge chairs like the Oasis had. I loved the fondue wrap! I left the spa feeling light as a feather and high as a kite.
