Today one of your men delivered 2 boxes to my house 87 Bryan Ct. Dora, AL. I am in a wheel chair and it takes me a bit to answer the door. It was pouring down rain and he banged on the door and left the boxes on the porch in the rain and ran back to his truck. By the time I got to the door and got it opened he was driving off. This was the worst possible thing he could have done. I am not happy.
They have definitely been able to take care of any of the business or shipping needs I have faced...and have accomplished it flawlessly.
Staff is so so. It's cheaper at the post office and usually quicker but if you're shipping breakable items, let them pack it up for you. It will get there in one piece!
