Closed on weekends? Who does that? And is only open until 530pm mom - Friday. How am I supposed to get my package? I work during those hours like most people? I went to the store today Saturday (30JAN21 )and Google tells me the store is open, but the sign on the door tells me to come back on Monday, as the store is now closed on weekends. Freaking horrible descison to close on the weekends. I never thought I'd have to trust USPS more then UPS.

Screw this place. I sent a package to Florida and told them that the person did not live in an apartment. I had to walk in and ask about the status because the tracking number didn’t work, apparently it got returned because it didn’t have the apartment number, it looks like it got run over and they never bothered to call me to pick it up

Staff seem like they are very uninterested in their jobs or helping customers. No personality! There's also no wi-fi in the store so it makes it challenging to do Amazon returns from your phone. They lost an Amazon package I brought to them and then tried to blame it on Amazon.
