Best way to ever ship anything. Store staff is pleasant and accommodating. Packages always arrive when promised and in good shape. I never use FEDEX.

Staff is very nice and willing to help newbie customer's like me LOL. Bernika patiently replied all my questions and help me find the best way to send my package!
We rarely use the UPS store, but when we do the workers are always friendly. The store is usually busy, but we still get in and out quickly.
My favorite go-to one stop shop for shipping! They are simply the most knowledgeable when it comes to handling all your shipment matters. I have nothing but positive thing to say about the customer service I receive every time I am here. Beatrice is really helpful and cheerful when she greets and handle my shipping request! Definitely will be my favorite shipping store to go to as long as it's around.
I am sad to say this but my experience this time was not so pleasant. I live in the Murphy area for about 10yrs now and not all the staff is bad. But there was one who does the notary, she can be little more pleasant. She has always made me feel like I was bothering her and I felt rushed.My documents was not right and I totally understand. But she could been more pleasant with her tone. I know times are tough right now and the store is busy. But I feel there should be some kind of respect that they should talk to their customers. I hope she is ok and maybe she needs a break/vacation.
BRAVO to the hardworking folks at the UPS Store in Murphy. They were fast moving, mask wearing, package shipping ninjas when I visited today, the week before Christmas. Line out the door, but employees were on top of the social distancing, and even thanked us for our patience. I couldn't believe how quickly they handled every customer's request, polite and efficient.
