This store is awesome! They are always so efficient, fast and the store is organized well. I prefer this location whenever I'm in the area.

This place is outstanding. I went in to get some things packed and shipped. I was totally clueless as how to proceed. The man behind the counter politely walked me through all of my options in packing my items and shipping them. At no point did I feel pressured by his sales approach. He simply laid our the pro and cons of all the different options and gave his recommendation. I chose 2 day for on and ground for the other. I felt informed and happy when I left the store. I will definitely be returning for all my future business needs.

This is the WORST UPS store in the area!! The employees are very unfriendly, never seen one of them smile, they act like they hate being there and seem so miserable. Would it hurt to be friendly?! And this place smells SO BAD. I think all the employees smoke because once you walk in the door it smells like rotten old cigarettes and it’s beyond disgusting. It’s so bad. I hate going in there but it’s closest to my home. I’ve actually started going to the one closer to Broadlands, the people are friendly and nice there and it doesn’t smell bad there. The employees need serious work here and they need to get rid of the terrible smell. I’ve heard other people complain about it while waiting in line too. I avoid this specific store now and go to the other one. Don’t go to this one!!!

Always a quick, efficient, and easy experience at this UPS store. Wanted to write specifically about a recent experience with employee Ben Parker. I walked in frazzled - he came to the rescue. Ben helped me with a complicated copying issue...and had me laughing all the way. Rare is the business you walk into in a frazzled state, and walk out laughing! Absolutely MARVELOUS experience, following all the proper safety protocol, and completing a perfectly executed customer interaction. Bravo to all the employees, and this special shout out to Ben Parker.

Workers there seem miserable. Went to purchase a box and asked to borrow tape and was told with attitude that "I cant just go there asking for free tape" when all I did was nicely ask. Why would I spend 5 on a roll of tape when I just needed a strip of it. So I left and will not return again. Went to junction plaza ups store and the workers were great and most helpful and gave me tape without charge or problems. Like it's just tape.

I was in the store for no more than 3 minutes to do a return for my amazon order. In those three minutes I witnessed an older gentleman being rude to his coworker by demanding he hand him a box in a very rude manner. The other employee complained about his rudeness and the gentleman seemed unbothered specially while having two customers waiting on him. My return was quick, no friendly greeting or acknowledgement and not even a good bye. Unlike my amazon order, I would not return Would not recommend.
