I came in to drop off a package and the employee I dealt with was very rude. It looked like he was having a bad morning. It looked like he was essentially having a temper tantrum. No reason to treat your customers that way. All I wanted to do was drop off a package that already had a label with it. All he gave me was attitude. It was such a bad experience that I will never come here again.
Everyone that works there is extremely helpful! I had a mailbox for a few months with them and they were always friendly despite how busy they got! Answered all my questions and were quick to answer any questions I had over email! Would recommend them to anyone needing UPS services!
I love this UPS store. The owner and employees are always polite and call me by name. I have had a PO Box here for over 2 years. Service is always quick and friendly.
This shop is very well staffed and helpful. I just renewed my mail box with them. This store is awesome they are all working at over 100% to take care of every customer and take the time to help you with everything.
Do NOT visit this location if you are at risk for contracting Covid-19. The manager does not wear a mask to cover his mouth. He wears a shield on top of his head that doesn't even cover half of his face. They routinely let customers enter without masks. Additionally, they are slow with the intake. There are always lines.
Great customer service every time we come to this location. So appreciative of that!
