If I could rate them a 0 I would. Paid 41 for next day air delivery and when it wasn't received timely all they could say was the person helping you should have told you we aren't guaranteeing any delivery times due to COVID. Then refused to refund. I was there at noon but my package didn't leave until 8:49PM.

What a great experience. Kent was so helpful and courteous. He even came outside and helped us carry in what we needed to ship . He packed everything securely and was very helpful and patient. I will go here when I need to ship anything again .

Answering machine states they close at 3pm on Saturday’s. The sign on the window says they close at 3pm on Saturday’s. Google Maps says they close at 3pm on Saturday’s. Yet no one’s there at 2:30, and someone in the parking lot says they have changed their Saturday hours. This store provides good service usually, but a wasted trip to Tiger Town is frustrating ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU CHECK TO ENSURE THEY ARE OPEN. Things have been upside down for a lot of people this year and I understand why some businesses have had to change their hours. Even so, it would be helpful to communicate your new hours more effectively to your customers.

I often use the UPS store for printing services and some occasional package drop off. Kaylee offers great customer service and she is always in great spirits each visit. She’s quick with any task and always efficient. I highly recommend this UPS store not only for delivery services, but for printing services as well.
