Fast and friendly service. Shipped a package overseas and was there no more than 5 minutes. The UPS pickup/delivery guy waited on me to get everything done before he left to take my package to the main branch.

To Tanweer Alam, Owner, & employee Rachael, of UPS store in Seneca, SC, I am disappointed that my requests for a call back were not important enough for you to respond. My claim for a lost package was initiated the 1st of October, 2020. Apparently, the corporate office sent you funds to pay my claim before the end of October. I was NEVER contacted that you had received my claim money. And, here it is November 25th, and I still have not been contacted & have not received any correspondence from you. You can be sure that I will never use your services again. Customer service is NOT in your vocabulary. Negative stars here.

The prices that this store charges are simply outrageous. They quoted 49 plus change for a package to be sent via UPS ground to WA state. After catching my breathe and asking if there was any other way to ship the item, I was told that USPS priority mail would cost 101 plus change. I took the same package to the Seneca post office, put ALL of the contents in a fixed price box and mailed it for 21.95. It weighed less than 4 pounds. I do not understand how or why they have such a huge mark-up. My advice is to avoid them. If you have to ship UPS , exhaust every other option first.

I think I am done with this location. On two different occasions now I have paid to have this UPS pack an item for me. Charges for the box and packing material are always substantial. Twice now my items have arrived damaged and this second time they refused to cover either the shipping charge or any damage to the product. Just seems like you are better off boxing it up yourself and shipping through the USPS.
