If I could, I give 0-stars; the only reason I give them a 1-star is when you DIY and bring your own materials. Otherwise it’s a roll of the dice for how much you’re going to be charged. 4.00 to print a label...get real UPS! Such a ripoff.

Do yourself a favor and go to the Pak-Mail across the street. This UPS location is super unfriendly and will give you the stink eye the second you walk in

They have a new policy that you have to pay a dollar to tape up a box. I didn’t know. I ask to run out to my car to get a dollar because I wasn’t prepared. The customer service representative jumped down my throat about it. I’m like sir please let me get a dollar and just get this over with I didn’t know. It was COMPLETELY uncalled for.

Came here because Dahlonega UPS was closed. I'll just wait for them to reopen. That want to charge you for putting an extra strip of tape on a box, insist on charging you for an extra box for your Amazon returns, etc, things I've never encountered at the Dahlonega UPS. If you're in between the 2 locations, skip this one.

A pandemic...no masks. They don’t care about me so I choose never to go back! They also make no effort to have customers social distance. It is business as usual, only nothing is as usual. I am totally discussed with this business.

My packaged ended up in the right place, but the customer service here deserves 0 stars. Extremely unfriendly, they acted like it was such a pain to ship my pre-labeled packages. All they had to do was scan it in and put it on the truck. Rude and unpleasant bunch over there.
