I needed a notary to notarize documents for a real estate transaction. I look up online for a notary and find this UPS store. I arrive at the location where they have a large window sticker listing "NOTARY" on the window. I go inside and am told by a snarky female employee "no we don't notarize here". If you don't offer a specific service, maybe don't advertise that you do. Very simple.

Kellie provided amazing customer service! I was mailing a family wedding cake top to Texas for a wedding next week. Thankfully she noticed that I spelled the name of the city wrong or it would have never reached the destination on time. She carefully printed a new label after placing the package in a plastic envelope to ensure nothing liquid from another package accidentally damaged mine. I REALLY appreciate her great service!
