My brother and I sold a generator on eBay. We took it to this UPS store where they built a frame for shipping for less cost than we had anticipated. All in all they took care of everything and the generator arrived safely and in a reasonable amount of time.

I just went in there today to drop off a package and saw a heavyset older woman with dyed black hair not wearing a mask. Also there was a line out the door and the woman was spewing conversation at another employee while a young blonde haired woman took care of every customer. We’re in the middle of a pandemic. So how about you wear a mask like an intelligent human being.

Had a great experience at this store. The manager Connie was so helpful! She packed all my items and explained every detail to me. She was so kind and gave you unbelievable service. In today’s world it was so nice to endure such a friendly and charismatic Person. Definitely an asset to this company. What a gem! Thanks Connie for all your help!!

I recently had a terrible experience with this store. On Monday 9/28/20 I brought in a package to be mailed out and told the associate that I needed it there ASAP. She said it could get there on Wednesday 9/30, which was fine. I paid 17.98 total for this service - pricy considering it was a letter size/weight package, but seemed worth it to be sure it got there timely. I checked the tracking, and it’s now not going to get there until Monday 10/5/20. This is a MAJOR problem for me as it needed to be to the destination within 4 days of 9/28 (so 10/2/20) because it's a Radon test. Also, it was routed through USPS not UPS, which was not mentioned to me at all. If I’d wanted USPS to handle this I would’ve gone there directly. I chose to use UPS because I thought you they could be trusted to get it there timely and with no problems. I'm not usually one to complain, but when I pay a steep price for a seemingly simple service I expect the bare minimum to be met at the very least. Very disappointed and won't be using UPS (esp this location) ever again.

This store is prompt and couteous in checking out the customers in a timely manner. I've gotten important documents notarized and signed, and mailed out gifts to my family. All of my packages have arrived at their destination with tracking that I could track online, and the service is outstanding. :)
