Mallko Store

I wish I could give them some extra stars for the excellent customer service I always get at this location . I run an online store and I come here almost everyday to drop off packages. All the boys working here are always very warm and welcoming. Briggs ( I hope I spelled his name right) helped me or I would say did all my work by unloading all the boxes (almost 20 big boxes) from my car yet he was so kind and generous. This place is highly recommendable

Great friendly service. They offer notarisation. Obviously shipping but at a competitive price. Get your copies done here. Pick up envelopes, stamps, shipping supplies. They have PO Boxes. It's quick and easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking. Visable from the road. It's a one stop shop for all your shipping and receiving needs.

Do not go to the one in Coppell but come here if you want customer service. Mark was amazing and the owner here really cares. Unlike the person who owns the one on Denton Tap. Thank you for finally making my life easy. Will be coming here from now on !

This place was great. I’ve dropped off daily here since the beginning of the year and never had a problem with the store. Unfortunately UPS corporate forced me to close my business account because they wouldn’t pay out on a claim. Nothing to do with the store staff, they have been the polar opposite of corporate/customer service. I was spending up to 1500 a month shipping with UPS and the issue is over a 199 claim, thankfully UPS doesn’t have a monopoly on stealing packages.

Great store! Every time I go in, they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all the shipping processes, rates, etc. Never had a problem and I don't expect I will. Reading the other 1-star comments, you'd think this was in a bad neighborhood - it's not. Well done, UPS!
