I paid for NDA with the guarantee. package doesn't arrives the next day. I hound the store and they tell me to work directly with ups. so I try and work it out with ups directly. ups tell me that the address on the physical label was incorrect. I show them that everything from the label, to address on the military website and the email I received from the military personnel and that google map shows it as correct the correct address and get no way so ups knows they are wrong so then they state I have to go through the ups store I sent it through. so I send them the thread of my attempts to resolve this with the ups store. they send me an email that they are not getting any response so I go back to ups and tell them to resolve this. they tell the ups store that the wrong address was labeled. and the ups store just says ok customer wrong. no refund we don't care. so don't expect much if something goes wrong with the shipment.
Very nice to deal with, took the time to explain my options. Will use them again.
I spend most of my life in hotels across this great country and when the unthinkable happens its pretty awesome to have someone like Dale there to help you. I left a bag in Dubois and when I arrived in Marshalltown Iowa it was there. Way above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion. Calls giving me updates, emailing receipts. I could maybe understand if it was an upstart company with nothing better to do but a powerhouse like UPS. Thank you
