UPS Store 4026 have an amazing staff! I went here twice already and both my accomodations were met with warm smiles and great customer service! Shout out to Samara who patiently helped me on my shipping label problem! Her amazing job not only made me smile but also made my day after a long tiring job in the Hospital. Thank you so much

Store manager is likely going to be caught for his illegal management of Notary documentation services, and is known for charging customers unnecessarily for returns and other services. The kid who opens and closes knows his stuff but needs more support. Go elsewhere.

The Notary at this location refuses to verify documents unless you have a New Jersey license. If you require notarization and possess out-of-state identification, you will need to go somewhere else (any other NJ Notary should be fine, as the clerk's refusal is not based on law but on personal preference)

Now this is how a UPS store should be run. Efficient, neat, pleasant, and uncrowded. The staff were wearing their masks properly, too. My simple Amazon return was finished in a minute with no problems. Skillman will be my go-to UPS Store from now on.

Don, the store manager and this location in my eyes deserves a 5 star rating. However, the UPS company in this country has not provided explanations as to why my package was delayed and it has been impossible to get in contact with anyone else other than Don. The package was scheduled to be delivered a week from when I shipped it off to Boise, Idaho. 2-3 days later, the estimated shipping says "information unavailable". I am hoping that my package isn't lost, but at this moment, I am not happy with UPS and their customer service. This location has great employees, but unfortunately, the system that UPS appears to have is inconsistent and unreliable to use going forward. Overall, I'd give UPS 1-2 Stars.

I went to this UPS location to have three pieces of documentation notarized and the process was much more difficult than it should have been. I ended up going to the UPS a total of three times because each time there was something wrong. The first time, the Public Notary sighted the incorrect documents that I had brought in and I promptly went back and corrected him within the same day. Upon looking at the paper he realized he hadn’t even stamped and put the seal on the document. I had to return a third time because he forgot to stamp and seal the pieces of ID that required notarization thereby delaying the application process that required the notarization. He made me pay the notarization fee twice, which is unreasonable and not fair because the reason why I had to go back is because he failed to do the job correctly in the first place.
