THEY WERE SO NICE!!!!! made my day. they seemed happy to be working there and provided excellent service! One made a funny mail/shipping joke and they all greeted me nicely and parted me with a happy new year. Cool dudes.

They put the wrong address on the label sadly I didnt realize until the day it was supposed to be delivered I called the store no answer called customer service first person I could hardly understand, she told me the only way to fix it was to sign up for myups and she had to email me a link. I never got the link so i tried signing up online and it said the only way to fix it was with a number from the we missed you slip but how could I have a slip if they put the wrong address so i called back and the next person fixed it in less then 5 minutes. So then the package said it would be delivered Saturday by end of day well here we are Monday still no package. I paid for it to be there by friday! I always seem to have a problem when shipping through ups and fedex... I guess i should just start using the post office only.
