I read the reviews and was worried but I was in need of a store near me at that time. I was immediately greeted in a professional manner. There wasn't a line. I had my package in hand, needed to affix the label and tape the package closed. The gentleman behind the counter took my package weighed it scanned it in, handed me my receipt and told me he would take care of everything. I was out in about 30 seconds. Great service!! Great people! I will be doing business there again for sure!

I just want you to know that with all the essential businesses out there, this store is friendly and so clean. No clutter I felt safe going in. Everything was pristine. The owner Brenda is awesome and so are her employees. They are handling the virus safely and effectively!
One employee was really helpful and kind, but the other was very rude. I had prints done which came out alright, but was hit with a 3 "computer fee" I've never been charged at any other UPS store. I paid 5 for two small, mediocre prints because I felt rude not paying after the helpful employee went through the trouble of printing them for me, but I would not go here again nor can I recommend it. Go to literally any other UPS that doesn't charge a "computer fee" (as if it costs them 3 to open an email and click a few buttons), or FedEx print if there are no better UPS stores near you.
Excellent service today. Their employees were happy and friendly! I had a print job with some specific needs and they were very helpful walking me through the process.
I have had a box at this location for a little over 6 months. I am busy. I work and I travel and I just have to thank the talented team at this location for being so helpful. Jeri is who I have had the most experiences with and it is always helpful and efficient. I do not know all the staff as well but they are always helpful and quick to take care of what I need to get done that day. I appreciate all the small but critical services available and I also appreciate the small and nominal charges for what they do. I do not have to worry if I have tape or buy a whole role when 1 dollar does what I need to do to get a product shipped. It is so great to have a convenient location with such great services.

Extremely Overpriced. I sent an item from Atlanta to here a week ago for 61 at Atl UPS store. I had to ship the exact same item back to Atlanta and this UPS store charged me 120.
