Big Shout Out to UPS Store, Route 38, Mt Laurel. Last night we needed all our UPS packages scanned in for shipment and they were the ONLY store when we called that said "Yes, we were going to close to due bad weather conditions, but we will wait for you to come and please drive safely." Great employees and great store!! Very appreciate of them going the extra mile

AWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES - DO NOT GET ANYTHING PRINTED I went in to get a resume and cover letter printed in color. I was unable to connect to their Wi-Fi so they told me to email them the files, which I did. The prints came out sloppy, color blocks were streaky, and there were random black dots on the cover letter copies. At that point, I knew I would need to go somewhere else but I figured I would pay a few dollars to have backup copies just in case. I was SHOCKED when they tried to charge me 3.50 for every email they opened. When I questioned the charge based on the fact that their Wi-Fi did not work, they did not tell me before opening the emails that they would charge for for it, and the inherent unreasonableness in charging anything for a click of the mouse, the owner got defensive, aggresive, rude, and told me to go take my business elsewhere. He was very unpleasant and did not even bother to acknowledge the subpar printing job and the discoloration - yet still wanted to charge me an EXORBITANT amount for a few inferior color copies. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. LACK OF BUSINESS ACUMEN. UNREASONABLE AND INFLATED CHARGES FOR PRINTING. I went down the street to FEDEX in Larchmont and had a wonderful, pleasant experience. Their paper stock was much better, their service was exceptional, and the prints came out beautifully and light years better than those printed by UPS. GO TO FEDEX. DON'T BOTHER GOING TO THIS UPS STORE FOR ANY PRINT JOBS.

Busy location, and for good reason! Customer service is exception. Clear, friendly, and informative personnel. I was slightly concerned I would have to wait a while when I saw all the people coming and going out the front door, but they were efficient and cheerful in their clear direction on who's next, what to do, etc.

Super Happy with the customer service and response rate. I placed an order for a print and they were more than happy to print it the same day. Heather and Lorrianne are so awesome, I couldn't have left happier. This is my new favorite UPS store .

His name is Orlando. He works in the Mt.Laurel NJ location off of Rt 38, & he deserves a raise or a promotion into management! I've never experienced this genuine type of top notch professionalism in all my 15yrs of customer service. If y'all don't promote this young man, I promise I'll go back to UPS, find him, and offer him a job with better pay that will equal his service.
