Had to return a defective 15", 75 lb wine cooler to Amazon via UPS on Aug 31, 2020. Found that UPS Store 4995 was ready and willing to help me. The box needed either strapping or a heavy tape wrap and Shawn at UPS was the man. With a positive attitude he told me he would be able to help me, came out to the car and got the package, taped it up and we were finished in less that 3 minutes. Thanks to Shawn and the team at UPS Store #4995. Always have found them to be a pleasure to work with.

I was offered an incredible opportunity to have one of my paintings featured in a museum in Italy. This was my first time shipping internationally as well as in the midst of a global pandemic. To say I was stressed would be an understatement. I did some research and asked around on who to ship through. I was referred the the UPS of EHT and specifically to the manager Shawn. Shawn instantly surpassed his already excellent reputation. From the start he was patient and helpful. The painting was held up at Italy’s customs and we were directed to multiple different contacts and were giving different answers from all. Shawn was relentless and even on occasions worked from home to get my painting released. If it was not for Shawn I truly would have been lost as well as my painting which did arrive safety to the museum! This was absolutely the best customer service experience I’ve ever experienced. Million thanks!!!

I come here often to handle my shipment needs. Every single time I’ve come in, the two gentlemen I usually see are nothing but A employee’s. They’re always so nice, helpful, and completely willing to help you out. Nothing is ever too much of a big deal to them. I must get their names next time I go in because they deserve the proper recognition.
