On a whim I decided to go to UPS instead of Office Max to ship a few things to several different people today. Wow, the customer service was absolutely wonderful Sandy great! I was able to purchase the packing products, get everything packaged and shipped all within the same transaction. The box size I ended up needing wasn't available so Sandy cut it down to size to help eliminate so much open space in the box. The entire process took maybe ten minutes getting the packing materials and getting it all packed up for shipping. The representatives were super helpful and friendly. I have seen other reviews and her customer service is extremely professional she gets right to the point, I didn’t see any rudeness with other customers she interacted with. Everything was super clean and everyone wore their mask correctly and social distancing guidelines were in place without being overbearing. I will definitely be going back in the future and definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience with Sandy and Lynette at this store. I had multiple packages on 2 different nights going to out to a very important client. These ladies were patient, careful and accommodating. Especially grateful for Sandy who was kind enough to ask the driver to wait for her to finish so it could go out with the driver. Lovely Ladies Thank You! Nice to see great work ethic and professionalism.... rare commodity these days.

The UPS store in Fountain is awesome! Their print services have a quick turn around, are affordable and keep my business running. The owners and staff are friendly and it’s obvious they take pride in what they do. They get busy but the line moves fast!

The friendliest, kindest workers! I have used this UPS store for 5 years now and with every experience I am consistently impressed with how happy and helpful every employee has been. Dealing with packages can be frustrating and they do everything possible to smooth the process. From taping packages down to carrying packages to my care, they truly do it all!

Warning major mask police here!! Response to owner: I didn't even make it to the counter and the very mean lady in the back started yelling "Put your mask on." I was well over 6' from anyone and working my way to the counter. Please provide an email and I can give you a total account for the situation.

Came in to ask questions about shipping a cooler w/dry ice, the older lady was helpful she asked me if I wouldn’t mind waiting while she called the manager to get more clarification. She went out of her way to make sure I got the right answers, I told her I will return tomorrow with the items to ship out. I have been to 2 other UPS stores in town and they wouldn’t help me at all, so I came here and got my answers THANK YOU!

Sandy and her staff/crew are the best, very helpful and kind employees. It's stress free from the time you enter the store. They are very knowledgeable and ready to take on any issues or challenges. I do my printing, returns, and mail service here. There are nothing but smiles and friendly faces every time I go. Thank you UPS for an excellent team at store 6327. Have always had lovely interactions at this store(3 years), but the employees all have great attitudes and I can’t say I’ve ever encountered or observed anything less than pleasant. Perhaps some of the negative reviews reflect the initial negative treatment from the customers to the employees. You’re gonna get what you give. Cheers!
