I currently work at the Chelmsford location, but honesty is key so here’s my experience. This particular location is very un organized and dirty. 98% of the supervisors and the boss are highly rude and disrespectful, the lack the ability to be professional and talk to ppl with aggressive attitude. They sell you many dreams. As it they promise the world yet they go against there own rules regulations and look for all Sorts of loop holes to screw you over. They are on you to work work work but come up short on the paychecks. They go against the contract. And then when you enforce your rights as stated on the contract the big boss will say there is no contract. I can honestly keep going with all that goes on in this place. I normaly recommend ppl to my work places but this is the first place I have to admin to do not refer to others. Horrible work place and they do not fallow Josh’s safety guidelines

Be aware this store “loses” packages constantly in other words steals people’s packages don’t ship to this store if your purchasing something online and it states it will ship here just know your item is going to be stolen
Lisa m has no clue how Amazon works her tracking number is 1Z9E79559018477866 delivery estimate 12/1/2020. LISA M refused receipt and was the person screaming at store staff. She was asked to return if she wanted to see the package as we scanned a QR code on her phone
Prefer to visit any other UPS store. They try to overcharge you for almost all the services compared to other UPS stores
Woman with the accent working the front was extremely nice and attentive. The trip was a quick in and out experience. No complaints.
I have used this store multiple times and will drive further away just to not have to deal with the staff here. My last attempt as shipping something, was met with a long wait (no other customers), and a feeling that I was inconveniencing the staff by shipping something. Multiple times, same impression every time.
Called for days and do answer. Finally I did get answer and kid was not helpful every question I asked he put me on hold to ask someone else what the answer was, and literally heard the woman in the background telling him what to say. I dropped of 2 items for a Amazon return, woman asked me if I needed a receipt, foolish me said no because I always get a receipt and never had a problem. The 1 time I didnt get a receipt this happens. I was trying to be quick since there were people waiting out side to enter. Well 1 month later I'm out the money since they never sent the items back, Amazon never received them. I will never go there again.
