I went in to get some employment paperwork notarized, but the notary there wasn’t comfortable with with the vague instructions I had. She actually referred me to a different notary so that I could be guaranteed to get my paperwork done correctly! I really appreciate her honest help.

Very disappointed in the way my daughter was treated in this store. She was returning a package to Amazon and the Female employee refused to give her a receipt for the return. My daughter even went back so I could talk to the employee and she still refused and stated that amazon returns do not get receipts which is completely false. I have always gotten a printed confirmation. The only time I did not get a receipt was the one time amazon did not receive my return. Terrible customer service!!!!! I would rather drive to Twin Falls than deal with this location in the future.
Great Store! Great Service! Great Help! If you need anything printed or shipped this locally owned store helped us out as we were traveling through. They do a great job with printing things in a rush, or helping with a label we couldn't print out for our return. Great place to support with all your shipping needs and options.
Does not require customers or employees to wear masks. I expected more from a major company to keep people safe.
I'm not sure what her name is but every time I go in she is super rude to me. She needs to be fired. No one who treats people like that should be working in customer service. I dread going there but its the only one close to me.
Great service, knowledgeable, will take time to help with label returns, shipping issues, great support by locally owned store. Has good quality printing as well.
I TRAVEL FOR WORK NATIONWIDE. I HAVE A FEW U.P.S. BOXES SET UP WITH U.P.S. STORES & THEY ARE GREAT. THIS STORE IN BURLEY IS JUST BAD
I have had more Amazon returns lately than I can count. The staff at the Burley store have been super helpful and always nice!
