The best and most efficient UPS store I’ve been to/go to. Rarely a wait- the one time I did wait was a Saturday morning and it couldn’t have been more than 10 minutes with 6 other people in front of me. When I call with a question someone always answers: they’re always friendly and helpful. (I do pre-purchase all my labels and mostly use them for drop off)

Once again, the staff at this UPS store do not disappoint. I had multiple things that I needed help with and as per usual, the staff was great. They are friendly, professional and super efficient!!!!!
Understand no masks during this pandemic due to "health" reasons...but it is never ok to call another customer service representative retarded.. decided not to help me when I asked him not to use the R word as it is rude and insulting... Have used this store for years..will never go back
