The owner was patient and helpful when I came to inquire about the status of a return shipments . Also this shop is opened a bit longer that the other ones in the area on the weekends which comes in pretty handy

Excellent customer service. I have never had an issue, everyone I ever came in contact with was professional and courteous. The only issue I have is the parking lot! It needs to be fixed! There's a crater in one part of it and you cant find parking sometimes. Please fix the parking lot. Had it not been for that parking lot, I would've given a perfect 5 stars. Thank you...

Be prepared to hang out for awhile as this place is slow. I have always used the one on Rand at AH Rd, but a recent move made this outlet closer (and on my route to work).

I have been there's several times under normal conditions. I have not left my house since our stay at home was issued on March 21st. however I needed to return something I ordered from Amazon and the only way to return it was to go to the UPS store. I was wearing a mask and gloves, I also kept my social distance. One young man working in the store was wearing a mask and waited on another person. They had tape on the floor for social distancing. The gentleman who waited on me was either the owner or the manager. He was not wearing a mask at all. I was very upset by this as I have not come into contact with many people I do not intend to. I'm older and I'm trying not to get the virus. I I told him it should be wearing a mask but he never said anything to me. he did tell me I couldn't leave the paper shopping bag that I brought the item I was returning in as he would be in trouble if I left it. That was fine and I disposed of it in the garbage can outside the door. I'm going in a store however under these conditions I do want all employees and owners to be wearing masks I'm keeping their distance. If they don't want to wear a mask or can't wear a mask then they shouldn't be working in my opinion. I do like the store and I have gone there many times under normal conditions.

This review is overdue by few months, but I had to share my positive experience. Great customer service. I was arriving very close to their closing time and called ahead. The man working at the time was very kind when he picked up the phone and assured me that he would be there so I can drop off my package. Sometimes places don't even pick up the phone if its like 5 minutes to close. I believe his name is Dylan...just wanted to acknowledge his dedication to his job and customer service. Thank you!
