Now THIS IS A GREAT UPS Store and the company I know! It was my third stop today to get the service, care, attention and support from real people. Scotty helped me very simply. I asked to buy a box to pack and tape and ship here. Explained how grateful I was when he put the ups box on the scale, asked me to drop the item inside, taped it up and put on my shipping label. The total 4.12! Scotty and UPS at American University ... PERFECT!

Workers are friendly and very attentive! However, this location lost two of my shipments, one of which container sensitive information. I called and left two voicemails with no response, but was able to get some answers in-person.
