Although this seems like a tight knit and well put together store, it is far from it. Employees using false information to sell over marked up items to increase profits as well as making sure the company is always first. Employees do not get treated equally, there are favorites which in turn hurts performance and efficiency by the crew. The owners fire employees left and right even for personal reasons. Some had family deaths, missed a day and were laid off. Others took time off due to Covid outbreaks in the store, no one was notified as well as the employee being terminated for missing time off work. The handling of items, returns and customers is diminished by the “need to profit” by the store. Beware of expired products! I would look elsewhere for your pets needs, Chewys is a great online option or Big Al’s.

Customer service here is always good. All the employees always seem happy and they are happy to help you. We always get our dog's food here which is not available at many other stores. They have a huge variety of treats and products to choose from. It has a very homey atmosphere you feel welcome every time. They also have yummy free popcorn which is one of my daughter's favorite things to get when we go. My dog loves to go in the little critters room and so does my daughter. I do miss when they had the little aquarium store but that was before they remodeled and before they were under new ownership.

Sue the \crazy cat lady\ was ssoooo rude! I have been trying to reach her for months! I have left several messages with the staff. I even went in to talk to her and she wasn't available. I left a physical note with my name and contact. She never returned any of my calls. I'm moving out of state and can't take my late moms cat when she passed away I took her in but my family is allergic and I can't move her with me.. I just want her to go to a good home. I tried to explain to Sue and she was extremely rude! She was NOT professional what so ever! So much for being a cat rescue! I DO NOT recommend anyone to trust this lady!

Love how they have a regular pet grooming person to clip your birds nails. Very courteous people there but you really need to call ahead and then meet them at the glass window room in the back. These people work hard be sure to give them a tip!!
