Rude.... And Thieves, Why would you replace a Blower motor in a Heating unit and not service the unit itself? Put the unit all back together than want to charge me when I come back to say I don’t have any heat.... Cooperate should send someone in and let them witness themselves of the poor customer service that represents Thermo King.... The head technician and the lady is in cahoots together... He walks around Mad at the world while listening to that garbage on the radio !!!

It’s there a way I can give negative stars? This is the most disrespectful place I’ve been to in my life. I go pick up my van and noticed the inner panel of my side door is broken; I go inside and the receptionist puts me on the phone with “the person who worked on my van”. His name is JOEY, I didn’t even say a word and immediately says “Get in your van and leave”. “I’m not paying for that” What type of business is this? How do you treat customers? This place is the worst of the worst. JOEY tells me he’s gonna come with the cops... he never showed up. Waited for 40 minutes, never showed. Terrible place. Will her recommend anyone to go and I will never go back.
Nice receptionist & good mechanic took care of malfunctioning apu on my t680. I'll definitely be back when I need to.

Been having a problem with Apu for a while now front counter was awesome and straight forward repairs techs where very knowledgeable and very helpful didn't take long to find the problem told me what he was going to do to fix problem and did it in a timely manner put everything back together better then it was beforehand looks like a professional worked on it and took the time not just throwing it back on truck nice neat wire placement excellent job any time I'm in the area and need Thermo King work I going here very nice staff reasonable price and some of the best skilled employees I've come across
