I would be leery in suggesting one try the Thirsty Oyster. Definitely not somewhere one would want to take their family. Ask for a dozen Oysters and for the same price they bring you 10 - the rationale was that they were bigger that day. All the same size. The owner/manager finally made it right. Just be careful if you go.

Fresh oysters, what's not to love! The cocktail sauce was surprisingly sweet... Very good!

This place while seemed good, had the single worst dozen oysters I have ever had the displeasure of tasting. I kid you not when these were the marshiest saltiest FISHIEST smelling oysters I have EVER tried. Not only that, but the service was ok. Oysters should be fresh and scentless and delicious. I know my oysters east coast and west coast, this.. was from Oklahoma. The music was great, a little loud for such a small place but not bad. For a PLACE that's called THIRSTY OYSTER, the oysters sure are thirsty after sitting around for so long.

Great place to eat outdoor too, allowing your pet to sit next to you is a plus. Food was delicious and fresh. We'll come back again.

Never been in here before. Crowded due to the art show but the bartender was extra attentive while making me a spicy bloody Mary. Need to stop by again for some food.

Good oysters. Great time karaoke on Fridays. Much fun.

A local neighborhood dive bar with karaoke. You won't find many 20 something's here. This is more of a locals middle age and up bar. Very friendly cozy atmosphere. Daily specials are very good prices. Careful where you park though, lots of business will tow if you park in the wrong place Close to the beach too
