I have stayed here before for a daughters, mom and dog trip that was super spontaneous. The owner was so pleasant to work with. It was such a memorable time. We are definitely coming back.
The owners made my stay extremely pleasant. They went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, and made a couple of unexpected exceptions for us - for example, after we lost our key in the snow and were locked out of the cabin, they let us back in and provided us a new one free of charge. I will definitely be staying with them the next time I return to Big Bear.
Great place to be at has much room and they allow dogs.has everything we need.
