Hoping for concerts yo happen this year
Good people good prices quick n easy
Did not get notified of an event change (no email, phone call, nothing), therefore I did not go to the event. I was told I could not get a refund because I was out of the 10 day time frame. Since the rescheduled date was the 4th, and I called on the 14th about the refund I was out of that time frame. Even though my tickets were never scanned. Ridiculous. Will never buy from ticketmaster again.
