I would never use the service department at this dealership again! I had a transmission problem with my Chrysler 2015 T&C and had it towed to the nearest dealer, in Corbin, KY on January 28, 2021 and it was not repaired until April 2nd!!! and after numerous calls to service dept. and personal visits to dealership. This was a wheelchair van use for my wife and daughter, both in a wheelchairs; I had no other vehicle and was never offered a loaner. But I received lots of excuses: we're checking with Detroit to see if it is under warranty (it was), we don't have the tools--they are on backorder. I had to contact a Case Manager at Chrysler often to get some action. The dealership lied to me about when it would be ready, several times. I finally confronted a service manager face to face at the dealership, who told me, "sir just be patient", toward the end of March (2 months after dropping it off at the service dept. on Jan. 28--isn't this patiences?. Now, can you believe this?...they farmed out the repair work to an independent mechanic 50 miles away for repair and never told me or the Case Manager. This is why I will never do business with Tim Short Chrysler in Corbin, Kentucky!!!! BTW, I never receive any paper work on the transmission work done in the repair and the fact it is covered for two additional years (per the Case Manager), and if the independent mechanic used MOPAR parts necessary for the two year extension on the original warranty (did he use MOPAR parts is still the question I want answered). I have documentation and dates for this entire fiasco.
