Nice shop but rude staff. Staring at me the whole time I was there. Was trying to be friendly but one woman in particular was not having it!!! I offered to show her my ig and she said no. She was whispering to the other sales lady about something missing and I think she suspected me even though there were other people in the store. Was so looking forward to coming here but she ruined the experience for me. Will not return.

I love this shop and the folks who work here; they have a nice supply of houses, furnishings, food and keep adding all the time. It's a joy to walk in and see if my \houses\ need anything--a new miniature book, new cake, new plants for the outdoors, new rake, holiday decorations like pumpkins, tacos or lobsters to eat, musical instrument, dog or dog bed, bird or birdhouse, you name it; they have it. My two houses--one a fancy townhouse and one a rustic log cabin--have given me and my family such pleasure, far better than sitting in front of a computer, especially during the pandemic.'

Very Charming! A great place for inspiration. Love the craftsmanship of every piece that is designed here. I really enjoyed the atmosphere in here. Everything is detailed with precision. A gem in NYC. Always love to visit!

The displays are beautiful but I didn't have a good shopping experience. I asked for a bathroom set which was bagged for me. Only when I got home did I notice the faucets were very bent, the toilet scratched, and the package was stapled (probably returned by someone else). I live too far to return it and later realized the same exact set was 15 cheaper at hobby lobby. Also a lot of things do not have a price but vary from a few dollars to a few hundred dollars which makes it difficult to shop there. I would say if you are visiting do your research and inspect the items very carefully before you buy.

As many countless shops that you can find in Manhattan, yet this is the only one I've found that is a truly dedicated miniature shop. Nice selection of furniture, with wide range of prices from very reasonable to high end. Beautifully intricate 1:12 dolls, but prepare to pay for the high quality of those. Gorgeous window displays, too! I got the cabinet on the left side of the attached photo for 20, and the little guy sitting in the chair for only 12 (made of resin, this is not one of the more expensive intricate ones).
