Nice but road noise very close to I80

The worst part of the experience was the noise from the interstate. You are so close that at night when you lay there trying to sleep, it feels as if you're in the middle of the interstate, and it never quiets down. The spots are VERY small and if you have slideouts, you'll practically be touching your neighbors. There seemed to be a lot of long term campers there and many of those spots were not well groomed. The pool was fine, except there was no posting regarding the hours near the pool or mini golf. We tried going there around 6-7 p.m. on Friday night and everything was closed. It stayed open much later on Saturday night, but on Sunday when we pulled out at 11 a.m., everything was still closed up. There seemed to be no pattern and no signage around the area. The riverfront was nice and we enjoyed some time down there, but overall, we do not plan to return to this campground.

This place is AMAZING! The lady in the office was really sweet. She even got onto my hubby for "Man lookin" LOL LOVE THIS PLACE. Will definitely be back!!

Nice campground. Lots of shade trees. Nice staff that is very attentive. The restroom and shower facilities need some work. The shower and restrooms at the office are dated but clean. The other restroom facility on the property is dusty and dirty with lots of cobwebs, really need a cleaning.

First and last time. Suppose to have canoe swimming and miniature gulf. No canoeing, miniature gulf not keft up. Swimming pool was down due to storm that went through. Camp sites were on top of one another. Gravel and sand made it miserable to be outside along with interstate noise. Paid for a full week but left half way through. Very over priced and no discount for not having what they advertised. Called, left messages and no answer no return calls. They take your money and you're on your own.

Wow umm whats going on here? Not my kind of camping. Its like trailer park of long term camping. If you like loud hairbands music all day you might like it Not for me but could have been worse. At least it wasn't country but there is miniature golf and a pool for the kiddos. One of the characters on the course looked just like me. The bald guy with a burger lol I'd give less stars but was amazed when at around ten thirty things quieted down enough that I 80 traffic drowned the rest of the noise enough to sleep.

Just moved in and are completly happy! Full hookups in seasonal spots! Pool and put put, very well kept showers!
