I needed to update 7 Quickbooks 2007 company files to QB 2018 desktop pro. QB requires you to go through multiple steps to accomplish this and it was not something I could do on my own. Paul Nebb from Titan Technologies responded to my inquiry the same day and took all 7 company backups and converted them to QB 2018 in only a few hours. Each company restored perfectly into my QB 2018 desktop pro. Paul solved my problem from inquiry to success in less than 24 hours. We have used Titan before and have always been satisfied but recently they exceeded our expectations. We purchased a new computer and were given the option of having them set it up and do the transfer of files. We could have done it in-house but decided to put our time toward our work and allow the experts to do the set up. That was money WELL SPENT! I gave my chair over to Steve from Titan and two hours later I sat back down and was back to work with EVERYTHING ready to go. He even took the extra time to get the copier, printers and other hardware networked and up and running. I at least expected to have to reconfigure Outlook, but that was done as well. It was a seamless transfer. He even found the list I left on my desk of the programs I wanted reloaded on my desktop and had them ready to go when I sat down. I cannot say enough about what a time saver that was. The computer is great but the service I received from Steve and Titan far exceeded my expectations. I won't hesitate to recommend them for any products or services and I strongly encourage people to spend the little extra money for them to do the set up. I didn't even have to back up my own hard drive! Thank you for valuing my time and for a job VERY well done!
