I have had nothing but issues with this office. To start, they dropped my insurance policy without notifying me. I drove with our car insurance for a couple weeks (which is illegal) until I checked my account to see where my “discount” would put my monthly bill at. There was no policy. So, I had to pay the same day out of pocket to initiate a new policy. I was told I would be paying around 125 for car insurance moving forward. The next bill comes and I get charged 210 without any reasoning. I told them I no longer want to hold a policy with them (that includes both renters and car insurance) they cancelled the car insurance but not the renters. So now I’ve had to contact customer service and I’ve had to tweet at StateFarm just to get any form of help. Why? Because even after contacting them about cancelling the renters insurance (which they emailed proof of cancellation) I am still getting charged for it. This is a ridiculous office and I would not trust them with my money or continuous insurance of my car. Go to a different office or go to a different provider (I went to someone else). Unless you like wasting your time, I would not associate myself with them. My agents name is Jordan.
