After the recent winter storm of rain & very strong winds. A tree fell - just missing our home. Tony Gomez tree service guys came out next morning. They did a fantastic job. With clean up & professionalism.

My neighbors are getting service from Tony Gomez Tree Service & Landscape Management this morning. They're in their driveway chipping away at the tree they've cut down and they didn't even bother to come over to ask me to move my brand new car away from where they are working. My car is filthy and covered in dust and wood chips, so is my driveway and the street in front of my home. I called the number on the truck to speak with someone and spoke to a women who wasn't very helpful. She asked me if I spoke to the crew...why would I go over there while they're actively using heavy machinery to chip wood, and using chainsaws? The crew is covered from head to toe in protective gear, do you think I'm going over in my sweats and slippers? Sure, that seems smart and safe, I'll walk right over and talk to them now. Anyway, she called me back and laughed at my concerns which I found to be rude and obnoxious. As a new homeowner who needs to get landscaping work and tree trimming done, I'll never use this service or recommend it to anyone. They made a great lasting impression with their lack of concern and customer service, they should care more about how their affecting the neighbors and area of the clients they're servicing.

I have used this tree company for years, they trim 12 palms trees for me and 8 for my neighbors. Last season they did a terrible job. One of their trucks spilled a 4’ x 4’ spot of some kind of oil in our street without trying to clean it up or notifying us. The trimming job left loose skins hanging from the trees. I notified them and they came back and clean up the neighbors trees and said they would be back to do mine. They never showed. I called and sent emails which went unanswered. This year I am looking for a company that is reliable. Do not use Tony Gomez tree trimming unless you are willing to accept a poor job!
Tony Gomez and his very capable crew have serviced our family, both on rental and personal properties, for years. They know exactly how to get the work done in a safe and timely manner. I love working with the technicians because they are good men and interesting in doing whatever is needed to make the client happy.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company was at my townhouse company all day today and was blocking our driveway for the majority of the day. I asked them multiple times to move, so that I could get in/out of my house. I had multiple errands to run and every time I came back, they were more in the way. I had to park in the street because they refused to move. Then as I was crossing the street to my house, I tripped and fell in the street and the landscapers stood there and laughed at me. I had road burn and was bleeding on my hands, knees, feet, and face. I ripped my clothes and fell on my dog, and these guys LAUGHED at me. We called the owner of the company to report to him how inhumane and rude his staff is, and we had to leave a message with the front desk and he never called us back. Clearly these people don't care at all!! Don't give them your money or business!!!!
Tony has been trimming trees at our house for years. They do a very professional job, they are quick, they clean up their mess. He does it right so he doesn't have to come back for at least 3 years, and that is what he told me. Just had it done last month and he thinned it throughout. I am a happy camper.
The 3 Guys with 2 trucks, one boom truck and a truck towing a Chipper truck did a great job trimming my Large Fruitless Mulberry Tree. Cleaned up all the debris , I will use them again.
