Level of customer service is atrocious. Jake gave nothing but a negative attitude and had us running in circles. Not friendly or helpful. Would recommended getting help from Gertrude, she was at least apologetic for the inconveniences.

All I can say is THANK GOD there is a Lowes close by. Lowes off fruitville blows this store away. If you are not a contractor expect less than stellar service. I would rent a truck here to go to Lowes to shop that's for sure

We've been renting floor burnisher's from the tool department of university pkwy. Home Depot for months now and never had any problems with the tools until yesterday. We were burnishing a typical fan troweled concrete slab removing old glue, we kept the surface wet not to burn up the diamond pad. Almost 2hrs into the job the tool stopped operating correctly by not turning as it should (pull up on handle goes right, press down goes left) I imediately stopped operating an moved it to dry location to inspect it, we looked underneath removed the diamond pad which was fine but beyond the pad there were several screws missing as in 4, we walked around & found 3 they were screwed back in and we tried using machine again with no luck, we had another employee return it and explain the problem maybe it was something they could repair quickly as we just lost an entire day with it. She takes it back and a manager was working the tool desk so she was trying to explain to the man but all he did was give her a hard time threatening to charge us for damage to the machine and charging us for 3 days instead of the 1 day we had it he was enjoying himself going out of his way to embarrass the poor girl in front of a line full of customers (yeah this guy is a real JERK) he almost had her in tears berating her as if she had purposely damaged the machine when she even told him she didn't use it. Pictures were taken of the floor/work area the machine was used on and the screws that fell out, my 1st assumption was lack of maintenance on machine by them how do screws fall out they werent tight in the 1st place! She just rented another machine and this dude started hassling her about loading the new machine in her truck, this guy has ZERO respect for women how he became a manager is beyond us. We will be coming to speak to mr. Tough guy's supervisor and see if they feel the same as he does
