Lied about services rendered. No use calling and complaining. Attempted to take me to collections even tho the bill was to be paid by the other party involved in the accident. Gave me meds I did not ask for. When you call them you get a call center not in the US. Lied about sending paper work to me to be filled out. People at the call center are rude and they called me 3 days after my accident trying to collect the bill in full I was still off work and could not deal with them at the time. I would not ever knowingly accept their assistance ever again.

Thank you for treating my father with respect! He fell and fractured his hip. A man and woman came to help and did a great job. Thank you again.

The ambulance attendants gave me Narc-an which was not necessary. Then when they billed me we called and asked for assistance. They turned me over to a collection company even though they said they would not. we then get a letter from a collection company and call them. We can not even understand the agent due to his accent. i then called AMR back and asked them why. They said we had to fill out a form. We had already sent documents and a letter to the Compassionate Care Program as instructed to do. Now they want us to fill out another form and repeat what we've already done. Now I fear my credit is tarnished without cause.

Yesterday 06-22-16 my brother, Dr. Randy Freeman was transported by your service to St Francis Hospital. Dr. Freeman is dying from cancer and has been staying at home per his request. Dr. Freeman fell yesterday landing face down on his stomach, which it just so happens, is where the largest tumor is growing. Dr. Freeman weighs over 300 lbs and his wife wasn't able to pick him up. She didn't wish to call 911 because it wasn't a true emergency so she summoned the Silver Lake Fire Dept. They arrived and put Randy in a chair and then summoned you folks because of his severe abdominal pain and low b/p. He has two major concerns with the care, or lack of that he received. First the crew was very rude to Mrs Freeman, specifically about the meds that Randy is on. It wasn't as much as what they said, but the tone in which they said it. He said it felt to him like he was a bother to them and they would rather not be there. Upon arrival at the ER they pulled into the garage, closed the bay doors and then unloaded the cot. At that time a nurse arrived with a wheelchair and your crew told him he needed to get off the cot and get in the wheelchair because they needed to go. Randy said he informed them he didn't think he was strong enough to get up, at which time they told him he would have to. He then was assisted into the wheelchair. I was in EMS for over 30 years in this community, starting before EMT's were even invented and customer service was important. I served as a EMIC , EMT instructor and PHTLS instructor. These employees are an embarrassment to the EMS community. Sincerely, Robert E. (Bobby) Freeman.
