Dave, the proprietor, is an amazing person. He is a true enthusiast and professional when it comes to the jewelry and the other items in his shop. I purchased my wife's engagement ring and our wedding bands here after meeting him. He really seemed as excited as I was to find the perfect ring, even down to the small details. He's helped us keep her ring clean and the stones set since that day with friendly, next day service. He's proud of his shop and his work and it's always a pleasure to go in, even for a small chat. Can't recommend this store or the people who work there more!

I was having a hard time finding a place that could come up with a solution for combining the beautiful necklace & cross my wife bought for me in Eureeka Springs. Dave was able to make it happen in about 15 minutes as I waited, & it looks great! Very friendly, professional, & helpful. They have some interesting & unique items worth looking at.

I feel an easy trust with him caring for my precious jewelry because of his welcoming demeanor as well as the jewelry related knowledge and experience he emanates. Most importantly, Dave's attention to absolute detail is phenomenal and incredibly important when working with finite sizes. Whether my jewelry is important to me due to its monetary value, sentimental value or a combination of the two, Dave is able to listen to what I want and create beautiful pieces I will treasure for a lifetime.
