My mom and I wanted to see if a tv worked. We asked the employee if she could help us test it out and told us to do it ourselves. We tried to find the outlet she mentioned and asked for help again. She got upset and finally agreed. She kept demanding that we hold onto the tv even though it was small and could obviously do it herself. Once we decided to take it she walked away and didn't ring us up even though she was cashiering at the time. Instead she started to sweep and cursed. Another employee saw this and rang us up instead. I sincerely hope a store manager reads this.

We found a wonderful couch. The couch was clearly cared for in its previous life and we now get to benefit. The wife and I couldn't be happier with the find. We also wanted to take a minute to thank the young and eager clerk who helped us out the door. Gary was eager, kind and thoughtful. He was helpful to have as we navigated through the store and out to the truck.
