There are not enough words to express how grateful we are for Pediatric Minds. When we moved back to the US, with both kids having their autism diagnosis, things seemed very bleak in how to deal with their disabilities. However, after the ECTC program, my children made huge gains, we learned as a family how to deal with all the hurdles of their meltdowns/difficulties, and also had a place to understand more about how to ensure a brighter future for our kids. We are forever grateful.

NEVER NEVER NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS PROGRAM. My son went twice. 5 months EACH time!! She is in it for the money!!! As long as my insurance kept paying she kept him there....We had NO PROGRESS!! She told me it was 85% me, 15% my son. That I wasn't consistent enough. She NEVER gave him an ASD diagnosis. I cried thinking it was MY fault. Harbor regional diagnosed him with ASD. Found Cortica in Torrance!! LOVE LOVE LOVE CORTICA!! 1,000,000 times improved!!! She uses a lot of Interns. A LOT of staff changes. She cant keep people.

I explained I could not afford over 5000 for 12 weeks of therapy in their program. They recommended I see the Dr for 500 to get advice and any further visits would be covered by insurance. Great. That seemed reasonable. So 1 visit, assessments ordered and a visit to get results 1000...except I didn't know that until after. If I had known I promise you I would have waited to use IN-NETWORK services OR other services available to my child. You are experts but to me this is the equivalent of stealing. I called and tried to discuss with billing - they talk over me. I emailed the DR - no response. Just another bill that payment is outstanding. No parents need the grief of an extra 500 expense when you could have advised them. YOU STOLE the right to make the best financial decisions for my family and an additional 500. That completely undermines the value of medical expertise in this case.

My son is 3 years old and was showing some challenging behaviors that dad as well as myself were noticing, to the point that we didn't know what we should do and that is where Dr. Pantea Hannauer came into play. Let me just start with the fact that her entire team ABA and ECTC are flat out AMAZING! I have never been surrounded by so many people that are so welcoming and just genuinely care about our son, as a parent we want nothing but the best for our kids and that is what you are getting with Pediatric Minds. The progress that my son has been making just in the short amount of time since he started the ECTC program is OUTSTANDING. We have a long road ahead of us but with the help of the beyond amazing staff at Pediatric Minds its starting to look a lot clearer and we are so excited to see what the future holds for our little guy! Dajana, Niasha and AJ , I just want to say thank you so much! From the bottom of our hearts we are forever grateful for all the patience and dedication you put into our son. I can list every single person that works at pediatric minds as every single one of you play such a huge impact in our sons life as well as mines whether it be a Hi or a high-five you all make our days and his day so much better. Some of the CDA's may not all work with him one on one but all of you acknowledge every kiddo in the program and it does not go unnoticed. Thank you to the entire team at Pediatric Minds we couldn't have done it without you all!
