This is so far the biggest and accessible 24 hrs access ...price is fair ...so far no complaint they have a wash station and dump station and not just 1 but actually are 3 each ... So yes it's a good place to storage your gig .

When you remove your unit from storage and notify the office, be prepared to keep getting charged, regardless of the amount of times you call to rectify the situation (in our case it was 3 months). Several phone calls were made and messages left. Calls were not returned. When we finally did get a live person on the phone, we were told that we had been successfully checked out and no further charges would be made. The next morning we woke up to find that yet another withdrawal from our account had been made. When we tried to resolve the matter, no one returned the call. What a horrible way to do business.

Beware of renting space at Tower RV Storage in Ontario CA!!!! When we signed up in October 2018 they highlighted all of the security features like multiple cameras, unique gate codes and restricted gate access from 10PM to 6AM. However, our trailer which was locked up like all the other trailers was stolen out of their yard at 4:35AM on 1/10/19. When we were going through the security footage we found out that they had leased part of the facility to a 24hr logistics company as well as a 24hr trucking company. That meant that the gate would be open for 60 seconds at a time all night long with no security what so ever. And the video shows the thief snuck out after one of these trucks had gone through the gate!!! We also found out that the camera on the driveway didn't and hadn't worked for months because \it's just so expensive to fix\ They have also been having trailers broken into in the recent months but didn't feel the need to notify any tenets... And to top off our experience....their lackadaisical and indifferent response to the incident matched their level of commitment to protecting our property. They didn't have us fill out any paperwork and even jokingly asked \I guess you want to move out of the space then??\. Use them at your own risk and spread the word!! And the guy was in the lot for 5 hours before leaving with our trailer so if you have one there you should check on it.
