My wife and I went to Towne Toyota and picked up a 2021 RAV4. I had to take the time out and write this because I was in this business back in the 80's and haven't seen customer service like we received throughout the process before here! Fred Hemmerich was our sales associate and after talking and spending time there with him he made me feel like I knew him forever. His knowledge and expertise was second to none! It was by far the easiest car purchase I have ever experienced! Frank Giambattista is the Sales Manager and I have to say what another fantastic person to make a sometimes a VERY stressful transaction super easy and comfortable. Took my 4Runner in because it had been drifting to the right. Got scheduled for an alignment. Noticed after the service that it was still pulling to the right. I called to see what my options were. They offered to take it for a drive with me to see if they could fix the issue. I was not able to take it back in because I was headed out of town. Fortunately, the service manager reached out, made some suggestions, and helped me. Glad they made things right!
