I have been using the dealership for service on a Nissan Altima since 2017. The service department at this dealership needs attention due to their lack of professionalism and leadership that starts with the service manager. I do not intend on returning to Townsend Nissan and welcome a conversation with the manager of the dealership and not the service department. Maybe they will listen and not argue with me if that occurs. Two other Nissan dealerships told me that the high and low beams are different lights but this dealership was adamant they were the same. I purchased two low light beams and installed them myself but was only able to reach the high beam lights. I took my vehicle to the dealership to have them replace to low beams and they used the same light bulbs that I purchased in the high beams. The technicians were confused and I got two different answers on which lights were replaced. I attached a picture that shows the high beams are still bright and the low beam lights still low even though the service manager was argumentative with me over the phone telling me the low beams were changed. Not counting my time and trips to this dealership, I am out of pocket 170 dollars for the lights and labor. I wish this dealership the best of luck and welcome a phone conversation from anyone other than the service manager if they would like to discuss further..... EDIT on 12.4.20 Received the message in response to my review. The GM (he or she) is welcome to contact me at their convenience. I am not sure what else there is to say at this point.

Josh (the finance manager) helped me with my first car back in 2016, now 2020 is here and he helped me again. I definitely will be back again to seek his help! He is not pushy and really works with me to meet my needs! I prefer to work with him over a salesmen because he knows what to do! Thanks for the great service josh! Me and my dad appreciate it!
